 An Evening of Worship

Saturday, February 25 at 7:00 pm, we would like to invite everyone to join us at Pleasant Valley for an evening of worship, surrender and repentance.  Our time will be lead by Tim Schwindt from Gateway Church in London, ON.

Financial Peace University

PVC is offering Financial Peace University once again!

“This life-changing program teaches your congregation to achieve their financial goals by eliminating debt, saving for the future and giving like never before.  They will be challenged and motivated to make a plan for their money and change their family tree forever.

Financial Peace University (FPU) consists of a 13-week video curriculum—taught by financial expert Dave Ramsey—that incorporates small-group discussions to encourage accountability and discipleship.  FPU is highly entertaining for everyone,  with a unique combination of humor, informative financial advice and biblical messages.  More than one million families have already had their lives changed by attending FPU”

We are excited to announce a “ladies only” intimacy seminar on Sunday March 25. We are looking forward to sharing lunch together and learning more about intimacy from Ruth Clarence. This seminar promises outstanding results in your marriage. God wants us to be blessed, so save the date.

Friday, February 17: 30-Hour Famine all nighter. The 30 Hour Famine is the world’s biggest youth fundraiser, and is powered by World Vision, a leading humanitarian organization helping people in need in nearly 100 countries. Students around the world unite  to help feed hungry children and to help families overcome poverty and injustice.  Students can register online to take part in the famine adn join our group (THRIVE Youth @ Pleasant Valley) after they have created a profile.  Students can then send out requests online for support and there is online donation available as well.  Check it out at  http://www.famine.ca/

Friday, February 24:  Wireless at Pleasant Valley Church

Friday, March 2: P:31 – Planet Holiness for TEEN GIRLS and their moms! This is an amazing night of fun and teaching from God’s Word on topics relevant to teen girls. Girls from grades 7-12 will hear messages from Amy Speck, Debbie MacQueen and Rachel Foreman on the subjects of Maturity, Modesty and Media. This event will be held at Emmanuel Bible Church in Simcoe, and the cost will be $30.
